How can I dial a canadian 1-800 from the US? They dont have a non-toll free number. I have a cellphone with international calling.
Hi, I added a 1- before the toll free number. It doesnt work.

Are there any other solutions like voip/skype which people have used successfully in the past?

just dial it. Remember to use the 1- before the 800.
